Café La Boheme’s General Manager Thomas Lynam has a flair for dynamic creativity. He brings his extensive Food and Beverage experience and knowledge to Global-Dining Inc. His vision is to ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable and unique dining experience.
After leaving a corporate job in human resources, Christine followed her heart as well as her mother and aunt's footsteps (both restaurateurs in Japan) to enter a continuing and rewarding 15 year culinary career.
